hopefully the next feed won't be until 7am tomorrow morning so will I be OK to feed my 8mo DS or just I give a bottle of formula instead. The drink contains paracetamol and phenyl ephedrine

i think the issue is more the decongestant drying up your milk, though hopefully 1 dose wont.

i would have thought by 7am it should be out of your system (but i am no expert) the paracetamol part is fine...

It's fine....

Lloyds do a hot lemon drink that only contains paracetamol. Still get the Lemsip/Beechams placebo effect.
