will you offer a 23 month old baby formula milk instead of cow's milk??

No. I switched to cows milk at around 12/13 months as dd was able to get most of her nutrients from solids and milk bacame more of a drink than a food. There is no need to keep giving formula to a child of this age (unless you feel you want to!)

The 'follow on', 'growing up' and 'toddler' milks are a bit of a con anyway as they were only invented so the formula manufacturers could advertise their brands (which they aren't allowed to do with the first milks)

my ds is on cow's milk most of the time, and only drink formula milk when we're out..

but, i heard that some parents offer their kids with formula as it has more nutrition than cow's milk.

my son is abit skinny, so, not sure that will that be better to offer him formula milk instead.

My DD was on cows milk at 12 months.

A little girl I know is still given SMA Gold at age 6 as her parents say that's all she will drink! Wonder if she will still be drinking it age 18?
