I only ask because have completely forgotten whether I should be offering fluids other than milk. You'd think I'd remember as dd was only born 2.5 years ago! ds now 16 weeks. Feeds whenever he wants (about 3 hourly during the day and once at night - so about 6 feeds, some longish and some pit-stops). No solids yet - hope to wait until 6 months. Think that's part of my problem - dd had solids from 15 weeks so can't do a direct comparison.
Thanks for help!

Oh - and he does NOT like bottles of EBM so would be using a cup if was offering water.

I was told no. Breastfed babies only need milk.
Though I have given DD a drink of water when she hasnt pooped in a few days.

No, no need for water or any other fluids - breastmilk provides everything (clever stuff!).

Thanks. Am relieved as can't really be bothered to faff around with EQUIPMENT!
