dd2 is almost 1 and has slept through from a young age, last week she was ill and off her food and night fed every night which i did as she was obviosly hungry, but now she is better in herself, eating well again but still waking at 2 ish every night and wont settkl without a feed. how do i break this habit?

also ive noticed she isnt getting on with her feeds, day or night, she is taking a long time and stop starting but if i take her off she cries and wants more milk.

she is teething.

Hmm perhaps its just the teething that is causing her to want to feed (ds is definately like this)? Or she noticed it helped with the teething as well after she was waking due to being ill so now she is sticking with it.

If it was me I would feed her as quickly as poss at 2 and hope in a week tooth will be here and shé'll be sleeping through again. Mind you ds is 16 months and waking once a night sounds like bliss so maybe I'm not the best to advise here!

i wish she would feed quickly, she is so sleepy.

Could you consider co-sleeping temporarily if its a marathon?
