Mucusy poo in 2 week old - sorry if TMI!

2 week old EBF DD has started passing greeny yellow mucusy poos. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

My DD had/has this periodically. I worried terribly about it, but there were no other symptoms and it didn't/doesn't seem to bother her....

No doubt someone else will give you a proper answer - but it may just be nothing!

A doctor told me only to worry if the poo is really bright green and frothy or blood tinged, and not to worry about the odd green tinge as long as it's mainly yellow/brown....
