Breastfed babies not pooping for days - how early can this start?

DD is 2 1/2 weeks old. Putting weight on nicely now.
On Saturday/Sunday she did loads of poos, about 8/10 small ones, more than the usual 2/3 for sure, but hasn't done any since - should I be worrying?

How does she seem, otherwise?

This is a bit early for pooing to slow down, but if nothing else has changed, I won't worry. (Well, other than about the tsunami of poo that's coming ...)

She seems fine. DS was about 4 months before his pooping went every other day, so I'm a bit Confused but they are very different babies so wasn't sure if it was 'normal'.

I think if she's otherwise normal, I wouldn't fret.

This sort of thing is more common from 4 weeks or 6 weeks, but maybe she's just advanced. Wink

I shall start a thread in G&T. Wink
