Tiktok et al- why do I get a blocked duct every time I ovulate?

If it weren't unfair enough that I got my periods back at 13 weeks with dd despite exclusive feeding, they came back at 5 weeks this time round.

I fed dd until she was 3.4 and that's A LOT of blocked ducts. Without fail, every time I ovulated and always the same duct. With ds it's a different duct, opposite breast but I've ovulated twice now and have had a blocked duct both times. With dd it turned into mastitis a few times.

It's painful and upsetting to think I've got years of this again. Is there any reason WHY this happens and anything I can do to prevent it?

NB: I also get hiccups when I ovulate. I might just be weird.
