DD is on 3 meals a day, plus 4 breast feeds (morning, midmorning, arvo and bedtime) but is waking every 3 hours more or less in the night and wanting to feed each time. I am close to not coping, last night felt like i couldn't stand her Sad when obviousyl i love her so so much. I just need to reduce these night time feeds and haven't a clue where to start. Anyone got any thoughts on this? thanks

should i be feeding her more in the day? I feel like I am constantly feeding her and in the day she is not that interested and will only feed for maybe 10minutes, whereas at night will feed each time for about 30mins. I don't know if this is because she is genuinely hungry at night, or becuase she is just enjoying a night time cuddle. Pleease, any ideas. Not doing too well over here. oh no, she's just woken after a 20minute nap Hmm

Sorry no help, my DS is just nine months and has been the same for the past 4 weeks or so :( I'm just trying to go with it and hopefully ride it out.

I can't help either - mine was the same, but now, at one year, and having moved him into his own bed (previously co-slept) he's dropped all his day feeds (these were the first to go), and just has one before bed, one in the morning, and 50% of the time one in the middle of the night. So it can get better.

If you co-sleep, might you consider moving her away? Mine's sleeping so much better now he's got his own space.
