Day away from baby- how often to express?

I'm going to a wedding this weekend and will be leaving my 8 month old baby for the first time
How many times will I need to express whilst I am away from her so I don't affect my supply? It's a day event, I'll be gone about 7 hours max.

How many times would you normally feed your LO in that time period??

I'd suggest twice? But you might be able to get away with just once (or not at all) depending on how uncomfortable you were...
I returned to work (8.5hr day) when my DS was 6 months old and expressed twice a day initially but after a couple of months I reduced it to just once a day as I was finding it difficult to fit in etc...
But as a one off I'm pretty sure your milk is well established enough for your boobs to forgive you

I probably wouldn't bother just for 7 hours - maybe just hand express for comfort if you need to.
