DD trying to ram my whole boob in!!

Ok, DD (9months) has now started to literally try and get my whole breast in her mouth and is sucking so viciously that it is causing me real pain. I know she is teething and is actually biting me on occasions but this latest thing is awful. Any idea's or similar experiences?

Ow. Can you get to a breastfeeding clinic?

How about if every time she hurts you, you take your breast away, and reposition it correctly? If she's hungry I'd guess she would cotton on pretty quickly!

Thanks for the reply, I am currently searching for my closest BF clinic so hopefully something will turn up. I feel like I am constantly unlatching her and in the end she usually just refuses to feed so then I panic because she hasn't fed - This parenting lark can be so bloody hard at times
