Effect of gaviscon on nappies (sorry)

Ok so just about every comment I've read on the Internet about gaviscon has said how it can make baby constipated. Ds used to have curdy/grainy nappies (sorry tmi) but the last couple of days he has has gaviscon and the effect has been more like . Has anyone else seen this?

I have heard many people say it causes constipation or play dough texture poos. For my ds it seems to have no effect at all. What is your lo's poo like? I can't see what u wrote on my iPhone.

Sorry it was early and I'd had actough night, it kooks like diarrhea.

My Lo has days when he can fill 3 or 4 nappies one after the other. The last nappy is practically yellow water sometimes.....sorry everyone. That sounds gross.
Is every nappy really runny?
