How much milk (of whatever type) for a 1yr old?

Dd has dropped nearly all her breastfeeds...she has one before bed and one when she wakes. On occasion she will have one if she wakes in the night, or needs help napping in the afternoon but that isn't normal.

So how much milk should she be having? She has dairy every day, yogurt, cheese etc but doesn't drink cow's milk, she does drink water.

Should I be encouraging more feeds? I haven't been pushing it as I have quite sore norks (9 wks pregnant at the mo), and I haven't pushed her to have cow's milk. Perhaps if I warmed it she may like it better?

Is she having enough do you reckon? She eats 3 fairly decent meals a day with fruit as snacks and is growing well so I guess she isn't starving...

from 1 year the equivalent of 350mls is recommended i.e. it doesnt need to be in drink form as you can get the same nutrition from other sources e.g. yoghurt, cheese, milk in cereal, etc

Hmmm, now to establish how much she gets from her yogurt in the morning...

I'm sure 2 breastfeeds and lots of dairy foods is fine.
