Is it ok to wear a sports bra when breastfeeding?

Know I am probably being so silly and thick but I am planning to go back to the gym this week and I never gave it thought untill today that I will need a sports bra as I have huge breasts but will this effect my supply?
Feel very silly for asking as I should know but I dont so here it is lol

yes it is. you need all the support you can get, depending on the norkage you might even need to wear 2 bras over each other.
as long as you don't spend hours and hours in the gym it will not affect your supply.

I'd get yourself fitted for a new one, making sure that there's no pressure on the breast tissue (especially at the bottom) as this could trigger blocked ducts (as can any poorly-fitting bra).

The bra itself won't won't affect your supply at all.

Of course not! I'm wearing normal bras and breastfeeding.

As long as it's not way too small you will be fine.
