defrosting breastmilk in fridge overnight

Hi, I have a stash of EBM im freezer that I am going to start using in cereals etc. I have taken a bag out (4oz) and put in the fridge ready to use tomorrow morning. Will that be ok? or does it need using as soon as its defrosted?

Also, if it tastes a bit odd is that ok too?

I always used to do this and it was fine!

As long as it went into the freezer fresh in the first place I don't think there will be a problem. I find it tastes odd anyway!!
