hello i am a FTM. My baby is 5 weeks old and his bowel movements are every two/three hours before the feeds. It is mustard in colour with peanut like bits understand this is normal as breastfeeding. I am breastfeed feeding and toping up with formula would like to know if this is normal as before it was less frequent.

What does FTM mean?

Sounds normal to me, my ds pooed 10 times a day for weeks.

Thanks for the info , FTM stands for first time mother, do you know if this is part of a growth phase and if so what is the next stage

Sounds fine, my DS was ebf and his poo was also mustardy/grainy and quite frequent on times.

The joys of baby poo!
