Hello, the time has come where I would like to stop breastfeeding my 19 month old dd. There is no hurry, I just want to have a plan in place so we can go about doing this as gently as possible over the next few months. Anyone any idea where I can read about how I do this? Or any tips? At the moment she is feeding alot through the day as she is getting over sickness, she was on three feeds a day before she got ill though and none at night. Thanks so much ladies! :)

Going to be quick as DC have gone quiet - there is a very good book 'How Weaning Happens' by a Diane Bengson you might find helpful. Also if there is an LLL group near you they will be happy to talk to you about it.
