Mastitis, what probiotic should I take with the antibiotics?

Basically the above, what should I take and how should I be taking it?

No idea if there's any 'proper' advice, but after slow mastitis recoveries with DS1, I took Yakult (and vitamins, and tried to rest) both times with DS2. No idea what helped, but I've definitely recovered more quickly. Getting ABs as quickly as possible also helps.

I have bought Yakult, but I wondered if they would be enough ifyswim.

I would take the tablets tbh - no idea if they really are more effective but as I have taken them primarily to stave off thrush when on abs, the sugar in yakult seems counterintuitive to me. I have also got them for my ds in the past when one of us is on abs - you can get powders that you mix in with a drink.
