Just finished bfing 13mth old DD about 6 days ago (she wasnt having much milk at the end just one night feed), but over past few days nipples has been getting really sore when pressed and getting a bit worse each day. I'm pretty sure it's not mastitis as I've had it before and I don't have any hard lumps or hot red patches. Anyone have any ideas what it could be?
