Hi, DD is 4 weeks old and breast feeding has been going really well, but today one of my breasts is really achey and feeding is painful. It's not engorged and I cant feel any lumps so not sure if it's a blocked duct or mastitis. It looks fine, it's just achey and tender. Any ideas? Thanks!
