What are peoples opinions on this? When do you consider it 'extended'? Do you think there is an age past which BF is unacceptable?

Ooer, see, she's talking dirty. There's chat rooms for people like you, you know.

hunkermunker · 16/11/2005 22:38

PMSL Sorry, HC - is that too close to home?

frannyandzooey · 16/11/2005 22:41

Hah! You can get those mat things, my friend is potty training her dd and she turned up with one today. You could put one on the computer chair.

Stopped feeding ds at 7m, yet he still sticks his hand down my top sometimes (18m later).

Tatties · 16/11/2005 23:21

Harpsichordcarrier, I think people were asking me if i was STILL BF when ds was just a couple of months old!!
Franny, I can't wait till my ds can tell me my milk is "sweet and tasty." How cute

people ask me if iam still breawstfeeding, dd3 is almost 9months old. so am i extended?

aloha · 16/11/2005 23:36

I stopped feeding ds over three years ago - he was one. He STILL puts his hand down my top!

sharklet · 18/11/2005 16:46

DD seems to know when putting her hand down my top would be particularly embarrasing and reserves it for then. Shes still bf at 21 months - but shes never asking for it them - just trying to embarrass mummy (the witch) She mostly feeds first thing in the morning and last at night. So I guess we're extended. I think of it more as normal - not prematurely curtailed.

franny, that's sooo cute! I think I would have burst into tears of maternal pride if that happened to me.
