Hello. My LO has been on Enfamil AR milk since she was 13 weeks old and I have to say it has worked brilliantly. She is now 7 months old and I was wondering if I shoulod think about weaning her off this milk and moving to a normal follow-on milk as I think it might be resricting the amount of solid food she wants to eat as the milk is very filling. Does anyone have any experience of doing this? The health visitor said to change it when t is time to go to cows milk, but then again she says a lot of things that don't always seem to make sense so wanted to see what others have done.

Thanks for any advice.

Is Enfamil AR a thicker one to stop reflux?

If so, you could always try swapping and seeing how it goes, and changing back if she doesn't get on so well. A lot of babies are much less refluxy by 7 months, especially if eating some solids, but some will still have problems
