Stopping Breastfeeding at 13 and a half months - advice needed!

Am after a little advice.
I have successfully b/f my dd for 13 and a half months and enjoyed every second of it.
She has slowly weaned herself down to only 1 feed per day and over the past week or so she has bearly wanted that. I'm happy that maybe the time has come to stop (which I never thought I would say!)
But my question is: do I need to give her whole milk instead at bedtime?
She does eat cereal every morning with cows milk, and does have yogurts, cheese etc nearly everyday so she is getting calcium from foods.
If I do need to give her cows milk at bedtime from a cup how much do u recommend I give? Is there a certain way to go about doing this?
Any advice will be gratefully received!!
Thank you
Mel xx

Entirely up to you really. Just bear in mind if you do the bedtime milk thing you'll probably want to wean her off it when you're potty training. If she settles without then I'd probably just give her an extra cup of milk at some point through the day tbh - better for her teeth as well.

I will try the milk during the day to see how we go!
Thanks again
