Snacking; My 'breastfeeding shelf' contains: posh cereal bars, dried fruit, a selection of nuts, Marmite rice cakes, Marmite flatbreads, those fancy Doctor Karg crispbreads, green and blacks 70% (I figure it's 'healthy' if you can manage to have just a couple of squares), apples, bananas.

Meals: I just make sure they've got all the food groups, so carb heavy (loads of pasta, pots, rice, bread) and protein-rich (chicken, fish, pulses, beans).

Saying that, I am also eating an awful lot of cake. If they're home-baked I consider them to be healthy. Odd logic that works for me.
