Lily Padz: do they make your skin sweat in hot weather?

I'm using washable pads at the moment but am very limited by what tops I can wear without either the outline of the pads or any leakage showing. Especially bad in this warm weather because I can't cover up with a jumper or anything. Lily Padz seem like a good option, but I'm worried that in warm weather the silicone against the skin will cause sweating, meaning that you've got a damp breast under a silicone pad, which can't be comfortable or healthy. Has anyone had this problem with them? Would it be better to only wear them during the day maybe?
Thanks in advance!
