Away from a 14 month old overnight

DD is now 13 months and feeds just morning and evening, has cow's milk during the day. I have once been out for the evening feed and DP gave her cow's milk in place of the evening feed, all was fine.

Next month we'll both be away overnight so I'll miss the evening and morning feed, I'm happy for my mum to give DD cow's milk for those feeds and think DD will be fine with it, but will I need to express whilel I'm away do you think? For comfort? I'm guessing supply will be fine. I was perfectly comfortable when I was out for the evening and missed one feed.

Thanks

you'll probably be fine - you could always hand express in the shower to relieve a little pressure if necessary

Agree that at this stage you won't need to express for supply reasons, but you might want to by hand if you feel uncomfortable.
