Has anyone successfully got a baby to take a decent night-time milk feed from a cup rather than a bottle?

DD is my second steadfast bottle refuser. At 6 months she's an ace with water in a sippy cup though. Nearly 4 years since I've had proper sleep and I'm starting to feel so broken, I wonder if I could get DP to take her and get a cup of expressed milk into her? Would it work if she was sleepy? I just accepted it when DS reverse cycled from 6-15 months but I'm less enthusiastic this time!

Watching with interest. I too have a bottle refusnik and have recently been trying him with some water in a sippy cup which he seems to be taking to (5 months).

My 8 mo will take about 3oz of follow on milk from a doidy cup and then has a short bf before sleeping. HV recommended follow on milk and as I don't appear to be able to express much these days, I'm happy introduce formula. DS has been great at taking water from a sippy cup and will now take water from an open cup. Am watching thread with interest too as want to stop BFing as DS has started biting during frequent teething bouts so feeding is no longer a pleasure in fact it's quite stressful.
