DS is 13 weeks old, i couldn't carry on breastfeeding so had to switch to formula at about 4 week, but carried on expressing so was combined till 8 weeks, looking back at things i have noticed the fussiness started when i stopped expressing. sometimes ds will be crying hungry and well due his feed but fuss so much with his bottle take an oz or two then throw it out his mouth wont let me hold him in his feeding postion and usually the feed stops for 20 mins or so till he relises he needs to eat and then the same happens untill we get about 4oz down him, he then will either sleep or be extremly fussy. other syptoms exzma speading all other body very snotty noise (has done since about the 7 8 week mark) runny BM sometimes vomits whole feed and can look almost a bit flemmy. I took him to the doctor at 8 weeks when the prob started and they said reflux we have tried different meds and stayed with ranitine but none of them really making a difference(ds will lye flat comfortably). i asked the doctor about allergy but she said one day he will just take his bottle fine, this has been going on for 5 weeks now and i dont see a light at the end of the tunnel! ds weight gain is good, and he is happy and 'thriving' btu he does has at least one epoisode a day of inconsolibe crying where i usually have to take a long car journey to make him sleep. anybody else experienced this or think this could be an allergy. i'm posting now as on saturday we had a horrible day ds struggled with his bottle then was sick a hell of a lot about half hour later and this happend with every bottle. i try to stay calm when i feed him as i know they sense our feeling but i really hate having to put him through such an ordeal every feed time :( and comments really would be appreciated

Could be an allergy to cow's milk protein - it's relatively common and is linked to awful nappies and eczema. Can you see another GP for a second opinion? There are special formulas you can get for allergies.
