Try a bottle or will a sippy/doidy cup do for 2 nights out at 3mth 3 weeks old?

Hi,

DD1 never took a bottle and I didn't really mind at all. Now I have a lovely DD2 who is 9 weeks old and EBF. I have 2 concerts in May when she will be 3 months and 3 weeks old where I will probably have to leave the house before her bedtime feed. I will be back for her middle of the night feed (if she is still doing it then). Should I even bother trying her on a bottle or will a doidy cup/sippy cup do for these 2 occasions I'm not there?

I cba messing around getting her on a bottle just for 2 feeds but will she be too young to drink expressed milk from a cup, no matter how messy?

Cheers.

I have tried it but DS just throws the cup around and gives us all a milk shower! I am now trying the red NUK bottle and hoping that with time DS will take to it, as I too need to go out on Tuesday nights, missing the 7pm feed ... from next week! Godd Luck xx

Thanks redruby. Anyone else actually achieve using a cup with some success at this age?
