Can't remember, dd3 is almost 6m, is it then or a year?

I stopped at about 6 months with dd3 but about 18 months with dd1!

I think I went to 1 with dd1/2. But had a feeling it was earlier.

Some people will say you don't need to sterilise at all with breastmilk, just wash straight after use in hot soapy water, then air dry and store wrapped in a clean tea towel.

I suppose it depends how good you are at washing up!

We have a dishwasher ....

You don't need to sterilise breastpumps apparently, according to the NICU nurses.

Once they put things in their mouth (eg toys!) sterilising is pretty pointless!

However good thorough washing up in hot water is very important for anything that comes into contact with milk

There is no need to sterilise.

Especially not a breast pump.

Hot soapy water is enough.

Woohoo! Thanks people!
