Would love to read this but seems to be spectacularly expensive in this country. My dad is about to visit the States, so could get him to bring a copy back ($9 rather than £25!) but neither of my parents are particularly supportive of me still nursing 2.5 yo DD or (I suspect) tandemming, so feeling a bit weird about it (stupidly). It will be delivered to my cousin, so could always get her to wrap it or not unwrap it but feels a bit ridiculous. Anyway, am waffling :) - anyone got a copy they want to sell?!
