DD2 is very colicky, lots of sceaming, struggling to feed because of wind. I have an oversupply of milk too which doesn't help.

have got some colief following a recommendation on here, is there any way to give it that doesn't involve expressing? I've never expressed through 3.5 years of bfing, and don't have any sterilising equipment (or a dishwasher) can I put some drops on my nipple before dd feeds? or is there a better way?

TIA

A friend carefully droppers it into her baby's mouth before a feed.

FWIW Stuff used only for ebm doesn't necessarily need sterilising fwiw as bm has anti-microbial properties. A hot soapy wash and air drying should be fine. We use Milton in a Milton bucket which is so easy when just doing the odd dummy and my pump stuff - it was what we got used to in scbu.
