Confused - when do I stop using Anti-colic bottles and gripe water???

Hiya,
My baby is 17 weeks old and we are still using the anti-colic bottles and putting gripe water into every feed but she doesnt suffer from colic anymore so should I stop and use normal bottles and no gripe water?? very confused and worried that baby will become unsettled if we change things. What do you think??

keep using the anti-colic teats if that's what she's used to but stop using the gripe water.
