my dd is 4 months old, currently she is having 7oz at 7am, 11am, 3pm, 6.30pm and then she may go through till 7am. On the cow and gate box its says she should be having 5 feeds in 24 hours. Should I introduce another feed during the day. I think she may be hungry as for the last 2 nights she has woke around midnight for a feed.

Yes, if she's hungry feed her. As a rough guide I think you're supposed to multiply their weight in lbs by 2.5 to get the number of oz a day they should have.

You could always do a dreamfeed when you go to bed if you can't fit another feed in during the day.
