At 5 months I introduced formula to my EBF DS (for various reasons), this all went well and he took it easily, I was managing 2 ff a day when he got a bad stomach bug and went off the bottle completely. A week later I am managing to give him one bottle a day but he will only take one at his bedtime feed, while he's lying down on his left side!!!!!
Anyone have a notion why? or how I can get him to take it at other times in the day or in other positions?!
Whilst I was wracked with guilt and an emotional wreck for a couple of weeks after introducing formula it worked on so many levels, and I want him to be EFF at this stage/by 6 months.
Any ideas at all would be so welcomed.
