Fitting Medela bottles into other brand equipment

I'm going back to work in a few weeks and am trying to get all set for my husband to do the expressed feeds at home and for me to transport pump and expressed milk. I'm very happily using a Medela Swing pump. Does anyone know if:

1. Medela bottles fit into other brand bottle warmers? E.g. Tommee Tippee; Avent

(I understand Medela make a bottle warmer, but it seems to be a bit tricky to get hold of. Also, the one I saw, which was out of stock, was jolly expensive.)

1. Medela bottles fit into other brand thermal bottle holders? (Thinking particularly of the Tommee Tippee ones, which Mothercare have a good deal on at the moment.)

1. If the Medela brand transport kit is worth it?!

I'd be most grateful for the answers! Also, any tips you have for a first time Mum going back to work (DD will be just on 3mths old) and continuing to express would be gratefully received. Many thanks.

Medela bottles are standard size so fit many things, but not anything for wide neck bottles like tommee tippee ones
