Mammouth Cluster feed - ?growth spurt

Ok so I'm sure the answer is '6 week growth spurt' but DD has fed from 10am this morning and is still attached now! Has had very little sleep in this time. She will be 7 weeks tomorrow - reassure me that my supply is ok please!?

We also have issues with silent reflux; currently on Gaviscon which appeared to work initially but having no effect now (or so it seems). She won't go down in her cot (when asleep or awake, at all and if she does, she will wake within 5 mins - am knackered! Is this to do with growth spurt, reflux or just not liking her cot?

Any advice welcome!!

I'd say growth spurt, my ds was fussy for a few days kept coming of boob crying then the next day he fed for hours, he'd be latched on for 2hours come off and scream for more!

My ds use to wake up when we put him in his moses basket up to around 7 weeks, my dh use to swaddle him in a blanket quickly and this did the trick! He's alot better at going in his basket now but usual feeds til he's asleep first.
