Just wondered - if dd brings up some milk whilst swapping sides does that mean her stomach is full and so i shouldnt need to offer any more. or do you offer anyway and see?

I would offer anyway. The posset may have cleared some room. Always best to let them decide whether they are full or not IMO Smile

Some posset, some don't. DD1 coughed up mouthfuls constantly until she was about 6 months old, full or not.

You might try a little winding session between sides, just to settle things down.

I would suggest it could be wind, dd used to gulp and took in loads of air, try burping - I found she'd take much more after a good burp
