Anyone have flat or inverted nipples and wants to b'feed or trying to b'feed- unopened "nipple extruder" looking for a home!

Random post, sorry, but I was very generously given a big pack of b'feeding related paraphernalia by a midwife friend while expecting DD2. Now doing a clear out and find an unopened, sealed, box for a "nipple extruder" thingy by Avent, to help ladies with flat or inverted nips who are wanting/trying to b'feed (can be used during pregnancy apparently to prepare the nipples...!). Never thankfully had to use it and have no idea who I can hand this on to, so if anyone on here would like it it's free to a good home! seems a shame to bin it!
