- I have been dying struggling with cold for couple of weeks now, think it has turned into chest infection (just made docs appt for this morning)...and am certain this has affected my supply - or am I imagining it? Have only been taking paracetamol and steaming etc, DS did feed slightly less a couple of weeks ago as he had cold too, but would these affect my supply? I struggle to express a couple of oz in the morning whereas before I could guarantee 5oz...
- DS (6 months) is now on purees with finger food, nothing major but he does have yogurts etc. How much EBM does he need if I am to give him to DH to have for the afternoon? Is it still an oz an hour or is it more? So if I was to give him a feed then kick them out of the house, say for 3 hours, would 4 oz be enough? Am struggling with expressing so need to be a bit more frugal with EBM, where as before I would have just sent them out with a full bottle, 'just in case...'
