Don't know sorry Charlotte but when my DC1 started biting I called the NCT helpline. The information they gave me helped me stop the biting almost straightaway.

HTH.

Forgot to say, if she hasn't got any teeth is there a chance she's teething?

Also, there is some good information on Kellymom.

Thankyou JJJ, i keep forgetting about the kellymom site! Teething too, could well be that! never thought! Hope she stops soon, im getting a little bit fed-up with breastfeeding now to be honest, and the 'chewing' isnt helping! lol, thanks again Smile

I'd give one of the helplines a call, like I said, they were very good when DC1 started biting.

It is easy to be fed up but hopefully, with a bit of support, it'll soon pass.
