Boo! Boo! Boo! Help! My 12 month old wants nothing but "boo" and won't drink at nursery

My 12 month old had been having limited feeds during the day (but still feeding on demand) for the last 2-3 months. Usually just a quick feed at 11 or 4, rarely both and often skipped if we were out and about.
He had also started sleeping through.

Started nursery 3 weeks ago (2 - 2.5 days a week) and now it is CONSTANT. In the last two weeks he has worked out how to request it, too, so is constantly pulling up on me saying "boo! boo!" and pulling down my top.
I have had to take him back into the bed because he wants to feed most of the night..

He will drink from a cup at home but is now refusing the bottle too, and will not drink at all at nursery.

I haven't a clue what to do, really. I worry about him being inconsolable while I'm away as nursery say he just spends the whole day looking at the door and crying every time it opens.. I don't see how he can be getting enough liquid either.
