EBF and BLW 10 month old - how many feeds a day?

DS2 is 10 months old and EBF and BLW. I have recently gone back to work 3 days a week and on those days he feeds am and pm and sometimes once in the night. The four days a week I am with him he may have a feed in the day as well but not every day. He eats 3 meals a day plus the occasional snack and drinks water. This last week he has started sleeping 7 - 7 which means he is only getting 2 feeds a day - am and pm . More sleep is most welcome ! but am wondering if he is getting enough milk ?
what do you reckon

I think it should be fine, I'm sure I have seen people on here being told by HCPs that they should be down to 2 milk feeds a day by 10 months.

Is it calcium you're worried about? Could you make sure he has lots of yoghurt, cheese, milk in porridge, that sort of thing? Or non-dairy calcium rich food (think tinned sardines? But I'm sure you'll find lots by googling).

that's great thanks - it is calcium I was thinking about but he does have lots of diary stuff so sure he is not missing out.

DD2 was EBF and was still having 3-4 during the day and 2-3 in the night. She was a boob hound tho and is only just sleeping through at 26 months.
If he is still putting on weight ok then the drop in bf is fine. It is a good idea to find alternative sources of calcium as well.
