dd bit me - now nipple swollen and breast hurts

nipple double the size thank normal and the whole breast feels lumpy and painful to touch. feel otherwise well though.

Sounds like it-I'd go to the gp, antibiotics sorted me out and I fed for another year.
However, I did have raging chills/temp from infection, but evevrything else sounds the same as me.
