My baby is 16 weeks, she feeds very frequently during the day maybe every 1-2 hours but with a longer gap of around 2-3 hours at lunchtime and gaps of about 4 hours at night, she seems generally happy with that.
The last week or so she has started to get very grumpy between feeds, crying and fussing not wanting t be put down unless she is already asleep. I try to feed her again but she arches her back and pulls away wjocu normaliy means she's done.
I don't know what to do with her i just wander around holding her had patting her back all day which isn't really practical long term

What's going on?

Babies go through different stages and their needs are constantly changing because they develop not only physically but also mentally. Try and listen to her, get yourself a baby carrier and keep her close to you.

You'll see in no time she will be settled.

Agree with Zara. It may be difficult to settle her now, but in the long run she will see that she has a Mummy who loves her and will be a more confident, happy child.

My DD spent ages in her sling sleeping while I just got on with things.

And like all stages, it will pass Smile

Agree prob just fussy stage, think they are suppose to have another growth spurt at 4months which can make them fussy too.

Lots of cuddles for a while :-)
