How do you teach a baby to suck a bottle

She had about three bottles a very young age but none since around 3 or 4 weeks old. Now she is 16 weeks and i want to go out for the day christmas shopping, i could take her but im stressed enough about going out in general let alone having to find somewhere to feed multiple times ( she feeds every 2 hours at least in the day).

I have an electric pump but i just cant get enough out i can sit there for ages and get less than one ounce.
So we bought some ready made formula. Luckily we decided to try her out first before i went next week but she just wouldn't drink it. She was opening her mouth fine but then just sitting there making no effort to suck ( she was def hungry) i even tried squeezing the milk into her mouth so she could swallow it but she just lay there with her mouth hanging open and the milk just pouring out the side like a dribbling drunk, she did the same when i tried it on a spoon Do i have any hope of her having a day of say 3 bottles?.

I don't want to introduce bottles as a permanent thing i just want one day ? Do i have any options other than cancelling or taking her with me?
