...bfeeding a 16 month old who, at bedtime, goes and fetches his favourite toy rabbit, tucks it under his arm, climbs up onto the bed and slaps my chest with his little hand going 'nom nom nom' to indicate that it's milk time now mum, get a move on.

So very gorgeous.

Keep thinking that the time might have come to give it up, but when they start to be able to tell you how much they enjoy it, how can you?

OOoh gorgeous. And so happily sad.
My boy is 16m on Monday and has pretty much self-weaned this week. I'm feeling so sad about it but have no-one to talk to who understands what a loss it is

Aw, I understand Bonzo. Despite sometimes getting fed up it I know I'll be very sad when it comes to an end.
