Failure to take bottle around 10ish weeks but more luck later on?

I tried to give my DD the bottle around 10 weeks and she refused it point blank, I then tried everyday for around a month but to no avail. I finally gave up as I did not have the time or the effort to keep trying.

What i was wondering has anyone successfully given a bottle around 4/5 months without much fuss? I am thinking of trying again and would be interested in success rates.

Thanks all!

My friend has recently managed to get her 5mo DD to take a bottle without fuss - until now she would get hysterical and only take quick gulps inbetween cries.

She tried several different kinds of bottle as well, finally had success with Avent.
