hi all
i must have got through this with my first DD because we bfed till 11 months....
but DD2 has just got her top two teeth (so that's 4 in total) and i am NOT enjoying any feed at all..Sad

It's like she clamps on, and then uses her hand to push the breast away whilst pulling away herself with my nipple in her mouth. And it HURTS, particularly with her new teeth which mean she's basically clamped onto my nipple and then is seeing how long my nipple will stretch.....whilst gnawing on the top part of my nipple....

Any thoughts or help please? I HATE this and i don't want to give up.
help please

Ouch. My dd is the same with the clamping and then pushing breast away with her hand but lucky no teeth yet.
Have you tried any of the suggestions here?

My DS did this, I'd give him a dose of teething powders before a feed, which helped, and also only feed if he wanted food / drink, rather than him use me as a teething ring! Good luck, it will pass as she gets used to having teeth!
