Shall I express some milk for ill older DSs?

DS2 (2) is ill & throwing up - only eaten some shortbread. DS1 (4) was ill too but seems ok now but not really eating. Am breastfeeding DS3 (4m) - would my milk be any use to the older ones whilst they are ill?

Well it couldn't hurt to try! If they're happy to drink it then gotta be worth a shot.

When DS (3) was really run down I expressed milk for him, he drunk it happily and said it was the nicest milk ever .
