She is just about 9mo and i think she has started going off the breast, but im not sure, for a few weeks now she has started really fussing at every feed, she screams when i offer her the breast and when she does take it, its only for a minute or two and then she just arches her back and yells at me if i try to offer her it again, i try switching sides and she just yells more. If i left her to her own devices im not sure she would take much more then 5 minutes feeds once or twice a day at most. If she's getting to a point where maybe our breastfeeding relationship is coming to an end then i can accept that, but i dont want to jump to that conclusion unless im absolutley sure of course. I feel at 9 months she must be a little too young to be weaning herself of the breast?? am i wrong? is it something else? Im worried she may not be getting enough milk, as she has no milk from any other source. TIA x
